The Northwest Raptor &
Wildlife Center could not have saved hundreds of native wild
animals this year (and many thousands over the last 30 years)
without the support of donations from people like you. We
receive no grants and no federal funding.
When you give to the
Northwest Raptor & Wildlife Center, 100% of the donation goes
directly to the wildlife. Every person working at the Center
(our vets included) is a volunteer. Even our Director, Jaye
Moore, does not receive a salary or stipend -- in fact, she
and her family spend thousands of dollars a year to keep the
Center running. No one has a bigger heart than Jaye, and the
proof of that is seen as she releases a healed eagle or owl
back into the wild.
Big or small your
donations mean so much. It means you care about wildlife as
much as we do, and you appreciate what we're doing to care for
and protect them. Be assured, the Northwest Raptor & Wildlife
is looking out for the best interests of wildlife throughout
Washington. We are in frequent contact with our legislators,
and are helping to create laws to protect wildlife and help
wildlife rehabilitators. At the Center we always say "It's all
about the critters", and we live that every day.
